Important: Tranzwave Technologies does not charge any fees to job candidates. All our staffing services for job seekers are completely free. We are compensated by our client organizations.
Staffing clients will be charged fees as specified in their recruitment agreements. Common fee structures include:
- Percentage of Annual Salary: For permanent placements
- Hourly or Daily Rates: For contract staffing
- Retainer Fees: For executive search and RPO services
- Project-Based Fees: For specific recruitment projects
6.3 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.), which will be added as per Indian tax laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Verification, Testing, and Due Diligence

11. Termination

Candidates may withdraw from the recruitment process at any time by notifying us. Clients may terminate engineering or staffing services as per their service agreement terms, including applicable notice periods and cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:
- You violate these Terms
- You provide false or misleading information
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You fail to pay fees (for clients)
