Comprehensive Gateway Implementation

WAN/LAN Stack

Implemented multi-WAN with failover, load balancing, PPPoE client with dial-on-demand, VLAN support, and bridge/router mode switching. Integrated with netfilter for packet processing.

NAT & Routing

High-performance NAT44/NAT64 with connection tracking, port forwarding, UPnP/NAT-PMP, DMZ, and advanced routing (static routes, policy routing, multicast).

Security Features

Stateful packet inspection, SPI firewall with custom rule chains, DDoS mitigation, port scan detection, parental controls, and URL filtering integration.

IPv6 Support

Full dual-stack operation with DHCPv6-PD, SLAAC, IPv6 firewall, 6rd/DS-Lite tunneling, and IPv6 QoS. Seamless IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanisms.
